Do you deliver to my part of the island?
Almost certainly, yes. We deliver and set up across all of Oahu from our Waipahu base, from Waianae and Kapolei to town, Windward and Hawaii Kai. Delivery is based on your location and the size of your order, so tell us your town and we'll give you the exact number up front.
Do you set everything up, or is that on me?
We do. Most equipment includes setup and breakdown, and we arrive early so your full rental window is all play, no work. Tables and chairs can be added with setup for a small extra fee. Just point us to the spot.
What do you need at the party site?
A reasonably flat space big enough for the unit, and a power outlet within about 50 feet to run the blower that keeps it inflated. No outlet nearby? We can bring a generator. Grass, concrete or asphalt all work, just let us know the surface when you book.
Is the equipment clean and safe?
Yes. Every unit is cleaned and disinfected after each rental, and our equipment is state inspected and insured. That is a big part of why families across Oahu have trusted us since 2009.
How far ahead should I book?
The sooner the better, especially for summer weekends, holidays and popular themed units. Check your date with us early and we'll hold it. Last-minute? Still reach out, we'll do our best to make it happen.
